Our seal of approval is our stamp of accountability to you and to the customers with whom you do business. We don’t just tell you that your employee has been successfully screened, we show you. Our Certified Hire Seal of Approval notifies you that according to our professional standard, your employee has a clear and complete profile. We update this profile every year by annually reviewing every member of the Certified Hire Seal of Approval program.
Our Seal of Approval acknowledges that your employee has:
- No history of felonies
- No history of misdemeanors or gross misdemeanors involving theft or identity theft
- No history of misdemeanors or gross misdemeanors involving violent crime, drug-related crime, or sex-related crime
- No history of crimes against children
Our Seal of Approval acknowledges that your employee:
- Does NOT appear on the sexual offender data base
- Does NOT appear on the government terrorist list
Our Seal of Approval acknowledges that your employee has passed our SSN verification, which returns the following information:
- Year of SSN issuance
- Names and aliases associated with a particular card number
- A ten-year address history
- Occurrence of invalid numbers
- Occurrence of numbers retired due to death benefit claims
- Occurrence of numbers used in fraudulent activities
Although not required, we offer additional reports to service providers, including:
- Motor vehicle records
- Employment credit reports
